Lag 7 - applikationslaget (eng: application)
Lag 6 - præsentationslaget (eng: presentation)
Lag 5 - sessionslaget (eng: session)
Lag 4 - transportlaget (eng: transport)
Lag 3 - netværkslaget (eng: network)
Lag 2 - data link-laget (eng: data link)
Lag 1 - det fysiske lag (eng: physical)
